Six Senses Spa Opens At Hotel Missoni Kuwait

Some matches are made in heaven. The opening of a new Six Senses Spa in the new Hotel Missoni in Kuwait is one such collaboration. The synergy between Six Senses with its sustainable, ethical approach to luxury and one of the world’s most revered fashion labels is clear for all to see in this exciting new development.

Hotel Missoni Kuwait is the first 5-star designer hotel in Kuwait City. Spectacularly located overlooking the Salmiya seafront on the Arabian Gulf Road – an area  known for world class shopping and dining.

banner-gs-six-senses-spaThe Six Senses Spa will be on the second floor of the hotel and will have eleven treatment rooms, with separate areas for men and ladies, separate hammams too and a bridal suite, which itself has a space for serving food and drinks, as well as a walk in wardrobe and make-up studio.  The 1,400 square meter spa will also house a fitness center, a ladies only gym, a yoga studio, a sauna, a steam room and luxurious areas to relax and drink natural juices from the bar.

As well as Six Senses signature treatments and traditional Asian therapies, the spa menu will also offer locally inspired treatments, using local and organic ingredients such as dates, olives and Arabic spices. There will also be de-tox and weight loss programs along with complementary treatments, such as cupping and moxibustion. Activities such as yoga, pilates and meditation will be available privately as well as in group sessions and health retreats may be booked, combining personal training with exercise, spa cuisine and spa treatments.

Decor is Six Senses in style with natural materials blending seamlessly with those glorious Missoni stripes, zig-zags and bold colours.

The Six Senses Spa at Hotel Missoni Kuwait opens in May.
