The luxury Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale resort is offering a midweek shape-up package for $150, featuring an 60-minute fitness class and a 50-minute Swedish massage.
For the semi-private fitness class, guests can choose between stability ball conditioning offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 4pm to 5pm or Yoga Pilates stretch offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 9am.
The package is available through Sept. 30. To avoid a cancellation fee, 24-hour notice is required
