The One & Only Palmilla – one of the Baja’s most swishy resorts – has gained notoriety among celebrities and wellheeled travellers for its stunning location, dreamy spa and highly personalized service. This year, it’s putting the spotlight on its culinary talents when it hosts the first annual Mexican Culinary Festival.
Three celebrity Mexican chefs and wineries from the Guadelupe valley will be showcased during the November 2 to 6 
event. Guests will be treated to daily cooking demos plus three dinners, each designed by one of the chefs.
