Need a little nudge to venture out onto the beach? The Naples Grande Beach Resort (a Waldorf Astoria property) is offering a special four-day, three-night “Bikini Body” spa program that will help you get in shape.
Starting at $333 a night, the package includes one-day free access to the spa’s hydro amenities, day bed, sun deck and meditation lounge; a beach boot camp; avocado, citrus and sea salt scrub; yoga; low-impact aqua aerobics; a restorative mask; and access to the spa village, including the teak treatment pavilions and outdoor whirlpool, sauna and steam chambers. A personal trainer will arrange a two-week “pre-fitness plan” so you will arrive ready to go. Available through September 30.
