Four Seasons Resort Vail To Open Summer 2010

The third Rocky Mountain property within the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts collection, the Four Seasons Resort Vail will open next summer in this Colorado ski and snowboard resort community, joining the company’s resorts in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.

fourseasonsFour Seasons Resort Vail will be located in West Vail Village, facing Vail Mountain’s more than 5,000 acres of skiable terrain. The resort will have 121 rooms, 19 Residence Club units and 16 condominiums.

Amenities will include a full-service spa and state-of-the-art fitness club, sunken courtyard with private 75-foot lap pool, a fine dining restaurant, an après ski lounge, children’s activity center, ski/snowboard concierge and equipment storage and underground parking.

Groundbreaking for the 500,000 square foot resort, the first Four Seasons in Colorado, took place late last year. Full ownership residences were priced at $5.3 million and up, while one-twelfth fractional ownership started at $406,000.
