Angsana Laguna Phuket, the newest resort within Laguna Phuket’s idyllic beachside complex, opens on 1 December 2011. Following extensive refurbishment totaling USD 30 million, the flagship Angsana resort reflects the relaxed seaside ambience of southern Thailand, offering a range of amenities and activities for the active and contemporary traveller.

This refreshed and stylish resort is the largest Angsana property in Southeast Asia with 409 keys. Ten different room categories offer a plethora of accommodation options. The 40 square metre Laguna Room is ideal for couples while the 45 square metre Laguna Premier Room is aimed at families. Honeymooners can enjoy the 88 square metre two story Angsana One Bedroom Lofts which are sited directly on the lagoon. The 112 square metre Angsana Two Bedroom Lofts provide generous living spaces for families and friends with sufficient room for individual privacy, complemented by a roof top terrace. Wide Variety of Dining Options
The resort’s all-day dining venue, Market Place, exudes the charm of a traditional Thai street market and features a range of international cuisines. Located on a picturesquely landscaped patio overlooking the lagoon, Bodega & Grill features premium char-grilled steaks, roasted fish and seafood prepared in a wood-fired oven.

Fresh local seafood such as Phuket lobster, tiger prawns and black crabs can be enjoyed at Baan Talay featuring a live fish tank. Other dining options include Poolside, for casual alfresco meals, and Loy Krathong for sunset cocktails and creative Asian tapas complemented by live entertainment. Introductory Offer
Angsana Laguna Phuket will be offering an introductory rate starting from THB6,100 +++ per room per night (exclusive of service charge and taxes), with breakfast for two persons, for stays between 1 December 2011 and 27 February 2012.

Guests booking for two consecutive nights will also receive a THB3,000 hotel credit (per room) redeemable for food gallery-heroand beverage or spa treatments during their stay. Those booking for three consecutive nights will receive a THB3,000 hotel credit as well as one complimentary 90-minute massage at the resort’s Spa (credit and spa treatment per room).
